The past 26 years I worked for a large fortune 500 company. I thoroughly enjoyed my job and was able to excel by using the skills I was best at (Organization, Communication, Collaboration & Delivering results). Whenever possible I would sneak my dog into the office which made work much more enjoyable. My true passion is animals and I have decided to do what I love best. I realized many years ago the difference pets can make in peoples lives and how important pets have become to families when my husband and I went through an extensive training program to have our Goldendoodle certified as a pet therapy dog and us as certified handlers. With that experience I found out how rewarding it is to help people through animals.

Stephanie watches my dog, Stella anytime my husband and I go out of town. Stella is not the easiest dog but Stephanie is so attentive and hands on that she makes it look easy! She walks her, plays with her, and by the time we get back Stella is ready for us to leave again so she can have more fun!

I’ve known Stephanie for over 35 years and she has watched all of my pets. From dogs to cats to guinea pigs, Stephanie has taken care of them all. She is kind, loving and playful and has a true passion for my family's pets and their well-being. Last year, my Golden Retriever, Ginger, developed cancer and Stephanie directed me to a vet that could better treat her condition. Ginger lived 6 months longer than expected and had a wonderful quality of life until it was time to say goodbye. Stephanie was always there for us and would call often and visit just to check in to see how everyone was doing. My family appreciated her compassion during a difficult time. Now we have a new member of the family, Millie, another Golden Retriever and Stephanie knows how to handle a big, dorky puppy along with our 9-year old Cocker Spaniel, Carly and three cats. When we are away from home, its so comforting to know that our pets are in great hands and we don’t have to worry about them because they are getting the love and attention they deserve.
